From Pandemic Passion Project to Award-Winning Powerhouse: Hi-Lite Coaching Empowers West Orange County Teens and Families
What began as a local mission to support youth during the pandemic has blossomed into Hi-Lite Coaching + Consulting, a thriving organization impacting teens and families across West Orange County, Florida. Founded by Jessica Villegas in 2020, Hi-Lite has grown to a team of 16 coaches, offering workshops, groups, keynotes, and personalized programs across four major cities (Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Orlando Metro areas).
Driven by the belief that "youth need skills to conquer life now and in the future," Hi-Lite empowers teens with a clear vision, fostering confidence, resilience, and a drive for continuous improvement. Their commitment to impact is evident in a string of recent awards:
